If this Yahoo poster is correct, XGEN just took a huge legal hit. This poster seems to have been present at the Markman hearing which started last week, and it seems to have gone very badly for XGEN: finance.messages.yahoo.com If true, I think Caliper is gone, the deal will be off, and XGEN will be a penny stock. Really glad I got my Mom out of this one. I hate to say short at will, but . . . short at will if you can get shares to borrow for this sub $5 stock. Cheers, Tuck
