HAL pays $150,000/yr for simple security and truckdriving jobs in Iraq. They bring over their people and pay then 30 times the local rate. This makes no sense. They're just wasting our money, and profiting off the surcharging too.

The troops are bitterly envious and resentful of these overpaid HAL workers, especially since the troops often have to risk their lives to protect these overpaid SOB's.
