Blix was pulled by Bush so he could invade.

Of course he was. Sadaam was given a timetable to comply and he didn't.

It wasn't just about finding WMD...if it wasn't there it was also Sadaams obligation to prove it had been destroyed. As Blix said in his own words. And Blix reported that Sadaam still wasn't fully complying or cooperating with that.

This isn't that hard to understand. To argue that we should have allowed Sadaam to play further games with troops assembled and the threat of invasion is ridiculous.

If he wasn't going to comply at that time...then he never was.
