I was looking at that this morning. Aside from what you pointed out, I was also thinking about the % of refinances. What type of borrower seeks out World Savings for a refi under current conditions?

3.06% deposit is not unreasonable. Don't forget there are many checking accounts probably paying much less.

We've never had an environment like this where so many are tied to ARM's in a rising interest rate environment. You think those doing the finance and credit models are appropriately factoring in the risks yet? Or do the live in lala land of the past three years for real estate? Only time ARM's were used to any great degree was early 1980's when rates were at historic highs..
