Russ isn't the biggest oversupply in second homes, high end condos and McMansions? There is a dire shortage of median priced single family close to most major metro areas.

I'm curious what you make of this breakout in gold and goldstocks. The upward gaps today and yesterday are impressive, and volume is generally strong. However, I see divergences on the weekly charts for the indices as well as GLD (MACD, Stochastics). Lots of people piling in though. Think it has staying power? Or maybe just the flavor of the day/week?
