Well, clearly not buying more shares in the company.

There is no doubt that Titan is in a very difficult position. They need good news and some more money. That's why these insider buys are somewhat against what one might expect to see.

I don't dispute your point at all. I traded TTP last week, unsuccessfully, and am now out.
