54K shares, but don't forget that the stock is trading at $164 so the dollar volume is not too bad. If this was a $16.40 stock with 540K volume you probably would have let it go...
Anyway, the important thing to me is that the spreads never seem wide at all. The worst I could lose on the stop that I have seen is about .07 on a $164 stock. I don't know about you, but for me that is acceptable. SPY would certainly be safer, but the returns on RSP vs. SPY while I have been spiralling have been fabulous, so I have no complaints. Let me know if you think there is a reason I might regret this sometime.

BTW, I don't know where this idea that I am a newbie came from. If you look in my profile you will note that I have been here nearly 10 years with nearly 2000 posts and those have been spread out over the 10 years. Over that time I have booked 400K of profits at this part-time hobby. I am no genius at this stuff and I am not at all a full-timer, but I do my best to be a contributor to my community....
