Remember that the buildings were designed to withstand the impact of a 707.

There was a lot of fuel, and those buildings are supported by steel, which has very poor thermal strength (worse than wooden beams BTW). The delay between impact & collapse is very consistent with thermal degradation of the structural steel. You may recall the billowing smoke and visible flames (with people jumping from the burning floors). Two methods of simultaneous attack is a far more problematic theory.
