Bushies control the entire oil industry. Easy for them to control prices of a product they own and a distribution and refinery network they control. All they have to do is agree to work together. And they have. It's called collusion, price-fixing and a monopoly, all illegal. Bush-cheney helped them do it and they didn't start until Bush-Cheney were nominated in 2000. They embarked on this massive gouging because Bush-Cheney approved, and because Bush-Cheney would never ever crack down on them. Now We The People need to crack down, get rid of Bushies and fine these gougers with windfall proifits taxes and indictments. The whole gang belong in jail. And why aren't the Enron gang in jail yet? Pure cronyism.
