report makes it look like democrats are not for less spending. i think the problem was cuts in medicare and medicaid vs other programs or tax increases .

just like recent tax proposal to make it neutral however the first thing that gets cut is 10% bracket for low income. In the end low income end up paying higher tax and high income less tax. something wrong with the proposal imo.
