Depending on their own completion. I have a felling GRLL will trade at a deep discount from the offer due to the risk involved.

I just took a look at Steakhouse's 10-Q for the quarter ending September 27 and I don't think that Steakhouse will be able to finance this deal. Their balance sheet is a mess. The company went into a Chapter 11 in early 2002 and emerged in 2003. They are still operating under a "going concern" opinion.

I don't think that Restaurant Acquisition Partners would be interested in these companies. They are probably looking for a fresher concept.
