<I do hope you have not taken to believe all that you read in the press> Don't worry UW, I retain my cynicism. The press is nothing more than smoke signals. Where there's smoke there's often fire, but the press is appalling at getting things right. But like democracy, it blunders around and eventually gets to a reasonable approximation to a not all bad idea. My favourite these days is the absurd captions they put on photos, purporting to explain what's happening in the photo. Usually they have it obviously wrong, just by looking at the photo and caption.
