CNBC reported it as 4.5 years... not 5 (see my chart) SJ Mercury News reported record median home prices of $714,250 on front page We've overbought... but a breakout can remain overbought for a long time. The 2nd chart here suite101.com showing where resistance is the upper red line is what I'm watching breaking 2313.9 on volume will be a big event...
