Yah... too bad we could never get the UN to agree with us on that little point, though. By the UN's lights it was an unauthorized action, hence an illegal war, because the UN never authorized us to 'enforce Security Council resolutions' in Iraq....

(What do 'ya think? Bet they would have authorized us to enforce one of their countless resolutions against Israel though if we'd asked, eh? :)

The question is whether Bush discharged his duties of conducting the war to increase this nation's security. Congress does not tell the Prez when to send in the troops or how to send them in.
