So, because the case "smelled of joke", the administration official did not need to follow the instructions of George W. Bush and give Fitzgerald the information in a timely manner, when it could have gone into the general deliberations of the Grand Jury? Nonsense. Why didn't this person follow Mr. Bush's clear instructions?

And, the "convention" you say I invented is called American Jurisprudence. I didn't invent it. The rules are clear, as are the penalties for non-compliance. Ever testified under oath? I bet you didn't get to decide whether to answer the question.

Fitzgerald isn't done. Your arguments are silly and if you examine them yourself you must see that it makes it look like you (or people who think as you do) get to decide what is relevant and not relevant in a properly sanctioned legal investigation. None of us get to do that.

Sorry, Tom, you are wrong. Learn from it.
