"I am just so tired of trying to explain why Iraq is not the same as OBL." Who says they are the same? OBL was a terrorist. A bad one. Still is in fact if he is still alive. Iraq was a dictatorship with a guy in charge who could help terrorists go one step further than 9-11 (which I am sure you agree they wanted to do). He also was in violation of international law and was not meeting the terms of his surrender. So we decided to take him out, and to put a situation in place that could result in freedom and demcracy. It is harder than we thought, and many have now changed their minds. Weird how they back away from their positions as the vote gets closer. I think they want us to lose so they can justify their hatred of our President. Think how much better it would be if more supported this noble cause instead of taking the position the terrorists take. Stating that our President is a liar and started a war for greed does not help the cause. Surely you can see that, right? "Energy independence should be a national priority." I agree. "we should take whatever steps needed to kill people who trespass against us" I agree again. Two out of three ain't bad.
