You are far more selective in your interpretation than any judge and you r idea that somehow the rulings you quote please Democrats is simply wrong.

"Child pornography is ok as long as the images are digitally created. This is interpreted as "free speech"."

This does not please democrats. It is a very complex issue that while shielding a few wackos protects the rest of us. their are many other ways to prosecute these freaks than to make a ruling against free speech.

"The gov't can take your property if they can make money with it."

This will be used to benefit mor republicans than democrats and you hear far more democrats speaking out against this than republicans.

"The USSC hasn't said it yet, but saying the pledge of allegiance in public schools is unconstitutional. In the judges "opinion" they think that having the words "under God" in the pledge is the same as Congress enacting a law to establish a national religion. Ridiculous."

Not simply saying it. Requiring it to be said is unconstitutional.

"Somewhere in the constitution our highest court has ruled that half of the population has an extra right to kill their unborn children. Pretty sure that isn't really in there."

The constitution doesn't contain the right to abortion. And no one ever said it did. It also doesn't contain the right to deny someone the ability to have an abortion if they so choose. You remember freedom don't you?

You should read the constitution someday.

These were honest questions based on the impressions I've had of the constitution all my life. Try not to read into them more than what they are.
