By your rational, Clinton was not impeached, because the Senate acquitted him. Therefore he was not impeached, by your way of thinking. You quote "most experts", but who the hell are they? Did you do a survey of experts? No...you did not. What I say is that by the definition of impeach, both Nixon and Clinton were impeached, because both of them were accused. Remember the definition of Impeachment is; to bring an accusation against. It's the act of accusation that makes an impeachment, not the removal from office. Orca
