BBM, you can't take back what your wife says. You can only take back, retract, or correct, what you say. I know unsigning is popular in certain political quarters these days, but telling wives what they can and can't say is not good form in the Loony Liberal Left circles, though perhaps the Rabid Republican Right is good with it still.

<I never think about New Zealand at all myself, much less about how the inhabitants must smell. Or why.>

I emit pheromones which drive women nuts [I call it Male Musk]. That's my claim anyway, though some close personal relations snigger and suggest a shower would be a good idea.

I can't see why you'd spend a lot of time, or any, thinking about New Zealand, let alone how we smell. NZ is unlikely to have much, or any, impact on your life. It's quite nice if nobody thinks about NZ. It's especially good if Islamic Jihad can't even find it on the map. Unfortunately, I think Islamic Jihad spends more time thinking about things than do a lot of people including some in Silicon Investor. They have more imagination that Condoleezza Rice and she's running the show.

PS: Of course the Tourism Board is keen to get people thinking about NZ and wanting them to come here to spend money. Also, unfortunately, too many undesirable immigrants have figured out where it is and are getting in.
