"It means they were human and shouldn't be held up as saints" What they created is probably the best political document in the history of the world. A little respect is in order at least. Your view (which is prevelent with liberals imo) is one where you don't really seem to like people and therefore you view them by their wrongs, which imo are far outweighed by the rights. Note that the document was so good that it cured many of the issues that you define us with.
