"That's up to the jury and trial judge...not me" Never said it was up to you. I asked what crime was committed, but I was really after what crime is being investigated? Do you know? Seems like a fair minded person wouldn't want hundreds of people interogated in front of a grand jury hoping crimes will be exposed in the investigation of a non crime. It would be like you being investigated for talking to your wife (which is still legal I think) and them turning up that your mechanic inadverdently overcharged someone two years ago through a billing error. Ah, democratic justice. As long as it puts America and our President in a bad light for the haters it is A-OK.
