Yes,the Negro Problem is a true Ancient Gentleman and Woman Problem. A true dilemma, demanding the most funny stuff. Especially if they are expected to work without pay and do what they are told, with or without torture and early childhood spanking. Same old stuff, as Buddha said.

However, it might be in the DNA?? Maybe just those genes went west, in the true medieval times, then they just bred like rats, rabbits and turkeys, two-party-funnies?? (Australia, New Zealand, even little Malta too) Btw, Ghana and most of Africa has multi-party proportional systems, they must know how to do division, just like the old eqyptians. (they liked the number 21 for that purpose,a well as 10 and other prime numbers). The Mayans and the Chinese thought the binary system was funnier.
