Berger took COPIES, no original documents. He was allowed to do anything with the documents he wanted, including copy and transcribe them, but not remove them. He removed 5 copies then got rid of them later. That was technically a crime, and he was punished for it. He admitted wrong-doing and took his punishment.

Now, let's have the Bushies start admitting their wrong-doings and taking their punishments. Their crimes are much-much more serious. They are guilty of leaking classified information to the press with the intent of having it published to smear a political opponent to cover up WMD lies which took us to war on false pretenses. That is impeachable stuff. No comparison to Berger.
