TYC..........some FA related to its breakout on Wed.......You may have seen...or you may not care.....gg Speculation recently TYC a good candidate for private equity takeover..a la Georgia Pacific the other day. Company on Wed. talked about some possibly defensive steps ...Barron's picked that up, noting: "Who's next? Conglomerate Tyco International, whose shareholders may be frustrated with its slow turnaround, said Wednesday it would close factories and consider other options. That could mean selling off pieces of its diverse holdings, which include industrial, medical, electronic and security businesses." OT: Big Red.....sigh... Bantams in Canada....first game.........sigh
