Also, 19098 statements are irrelevant to a war in 2003. That's 5 years later. To prove Saddam had WMD in 2005, one had to do an entire new inspection, which was going on successfully until Bush kicked the UN inspectors out and jump-started his war, premature ejaculation of the invasion without an occupation plan.
