I don't believe that is in the cards. The Subjectmark count is a simple subtraction of the last sequence read on the thread versus the last sequence posted. It would be too much unnecessary overhead to adjust the next-unread by a (transient) ignore list on every hit of SubjectMarks. Too little return for the 3rd most frequently read page on the site.
