I thought the process was fascinating. I've never sat in on hearings for a congressional bill, and I don't watch CSPAN much. I loved watching some of the representatives make fools of themselves, and I loved listening to the arguments. Republicans made me quite proud. The personal attacks were certainly disgusting, but honestly, I try not to get emotionally upset. In fact I hope all Americans watched this spectacle. I thought it was quite instructive and entertaining to boot. Sorry you felt so strongly. I'm sure you and thousands of our military are as pleased as I am with the results. M
