I should think it obvious why Murtha wouldn't vote for it

Why not? That's exactly what he's calling for.

We're fighting an insurgency in Iraq. You can't do that from Kuwait. He would set us and Iraq on a path to failure.

If Murtha say the War in Iraq is unwinnable.
If Murtha give credence to the idea that soldiers in Iraq don't know why they are there and don't know who the enemy is then it is treason for Murtha to not vote to withdraw American forces immediately.

If Murtha has expressed the above sentiments in the past and knew they were false it is also treason.

What the scum terrorists know from the vote is that even with all kinds of idiotic ranting from elected members of the American Government, when the official opinion is asked, it's 400 to 3 to kick the asses of terrorists in Iraq.

If that is only a political thing, I think it is a wonderful political thing. It's not going to make any happy terrorists.

America stands 400 to 3 with President George W Bush and the American armed forces killing terrorists in Iraq.
