Must have missed that nuance. So what time period doesn't constitute immediately? 9 months? A year? 2 years?


Whatever Harris decides and you will just have to keep guessing at it until you get it right.

Hint: he will probably use an odd lot.....say like 7 months and 20 days, and may even break it down into hours, minutes and seconds.

Calling their bluff would have been a vote on Murtha's proposal instead of cobbling together a meaningless proposal. But that would have been a risk.

Yeah, it might of passed. LOL.
