In that I have seen nothing of any members of that family in the news, I would say there is no money as no one is fighting for it. And if you think the parent would not be lawyered up and fighting for money, I think your judgement is weird. I still can find nothing to fault the conduct of the husband.

tejek, To be succinct, she was in a coma, but not dead. That's a lie. A biopsy was performed. Its conclusion was that she was brain dead.........had been for many years. Brian dead does not equal coma. For the books, I was in favor of them pulling the plug myself, but Jeb was under horrendous pressure to do what he did. He knew what the final result would be, but as a politician, tried to please everybody. Yes, that is futile, but a politician is a politician. They are all alike in that respect. True, but that does not mean a politician can violate the law as he tried to do. She is dead now, so let her rest in peace. I am,however, beginning to think that her husband was a cheating, money hungry, ahole. On the contrary, he was a man/husband trying to do the right thing. If I had been T. Schiavo and my parents did what hers did to her, I would be very angry. They would not allow her the dignity of death, and instead, paraded her on national television like she was a circus side show.
