Quit trying to be tricky. A California jury found that a fully pregnant woman (about to give birth and intending to give birth soon) who is murdered can count as two people.
That's just a common sense exception to the rule.

That is a very different thing from a pea-sized fertilized egg which a mother has no intention of taking to term and giving birth to 8 months in the future. Anyone with any common sense can see the difference. Because if you did a C-section on a 8 month old fetus you would have a human being. But if you removed a pea-sized fertilized egg you would not.

Because it's an unborn human, not an unborn child. And, to make things sure, it's not a murder if the (soon-to-be) mother kills her yet unborn human what-ever.
