It's the Bush definition of magnificent performance. After all, he praised Brownie for worrying about his clothing and wondering where he was going to eat while NO was drowning. Every time an Iraqi force is said to have done well, it's always been the Kurds who refuse to take orders from Baghdad anyway. In the future, I suspect that those forces who do well are part of a militia. Besides, the Iraqi security forces are filled with insurgents as they have a tendency to look exactly like non-insurgents.
