I have followed all the details and the money, though it may seem a lot was trivial in the context of legal fees and medical costs even before the decision to pull the plug.

There is no money now and a man considered his wife truly gone but still plugged in. His final duty in or to his marriage was to respect the wish to pull the plug. But death had parted them long ago. That I belief with no doubt he believed.
