I guess that $100 hammers is not news, especially with this administration which has passed out literally tons of hundred dollar bills with no accounting. But the point being, that when you spend 10 times more for everything you also get ten times less for what you paid. Here we have invested more in the electrical upgrades than the "new army"...and these guy with pick up trucks are supposed to supplant US forces? You are the one dreaming! Now I never said that overnight is the time frame. Bush has had 2.5 years to rebuild the Iraqi Army. More than enough time. We should have been out of there already. Orca
