Lizzie,re:"RE bust will cause the lost of 1mm jobs". FALSE.
It will create 2mm jobs since people will be able to afford
to spend on anything they need and want instead of mortgage.
That will increase consumption instead of spiraling asset
cost that suck in capital, sooner or later, the spring needs
to be released. Sure, not until the special interest completed
robbing the treasury and slaved the future of others.

"This entire decade and the "boom" we are having is bogus."

Perhaps bogus to you but not folks who have profited or made a nice living from the mania. Most will lose it all or take a serious step down in lifestyle just like after any bubble busts. This one will really be no different. I personally look forward to profiting again from the next debt cleansing as much as anyone.
