Geoff, They can call something a documentary, and all that means is that they filmed on site as the action, or drama, is actually happening. That gives the producer the power to choose only what he wants to show, and leave out the rest of the story. There once was a time that documentaries stood for the truth in film making, but now it is just a tool to attract people that are looking for the truth, but get a pack of lies by only seeing the scenes that fit the producer's personal agenda. Most of them are just trash reporting.
