You are trying to change your story. That is good. No one argues that Nixon was guilty. He was. He was not impeached as you claimed. That is a fact too. EOD.

Bad analogy. The only implication from your tale above is that since he's dead and never stood trial, he's was never prosecuted. "Murder" doesn't fit, just as an innocent Nixon was NEVER implied by a single word I wrote, despite your ludicrous yapping.

To avoid the impeachment vote, Nixon resigned. Since he no longer held office, the House of Representatives did not vote upon whether or not to have a trial to see if he should be removed from the Presidency, and so he wasn't prosecuted either, for that matter.

Confused? Well, given your analogy, you still were when you wrote that post. Glad to help, though I won't wait for your thank-you for the free analogy correction.
