One person's liquidity lost, is another person's capital
realized. Depending on the color of the glass, a person's
orientation/bias, job-loss, job-gain is a wash.
The significant job loss is the IT/engineering/xxx offshoring.
It's almost complete, since we don't hear it much. It's pretty
much standard procedure for US corp. not to develop on-shore.
This is the fruitful result on years of offshoring to access
the vastly available (billions) of cheap talents. You can't
find the equivalent talent in US for 5 to 10 times of salary
due to cost of living difference.
