The rightwing started the name-calling, pal. Karl Rove's entire strategy for winning depends on smearing opponents. And then accusing your opponent of doing what you're doing before he can accuse you of it. It's a twisted, dishonest science, unethical, wrong and un-American. So drop it.

The real name-calling started with Whitewater. Clinton did not deserve that. He was a gresat and successful president. But it was party politics over what's good for the nation, so in came the smearing, name-calling, ridiculous accusations and trumped-up charges. Ever since then our national debate has been polluted. Democrats only name-call because you guys started it. So stop and we will.
