Catfish, Thank you. I really like Pristine. I have Velez's book The Master Trader and have his videos too. I think they're super. In evaluating a symbol, the very first thing I do is look at the chart. I do that even before I know what they do. If I like the chart, I look at the profile to see what the company does. I'm interested in the float for I know that it will influence how the stock moves. I briefly look at key statistics and news. If all of that is okay...even if it isn't great, I will still buy based on the chart. I've bought some stocks before that had good FA and they didn't move much. Why? The demand wasn't there. So, my primary method of picking a stock is TA and it has worked well for me. Lexi
