I watched Joe Biden too like you did. Biden did say he does not support immediate troop pull out. But he also proceeded to say that he would like to see a plan from Bush. Everybody, including the Senate, voted on resolutions asking Bush to present a plan and to report on its progress every quarter. After all why not. Isn't that what we as investors expect the companies to do.
