Do you deliberately try to post stupid ignorant things. 403-3 was against a cynical Republican sham bill Duncan Hunter put up as some sort of desperate tricky stunt. It totally distorted what Murtha proposes. It meant nothing except the rightwing doesn't take our national security and national debate on the war seriously. It also means they don't respect the opinion of the vast majority of American voters who want this war to end ASAP and know Bushies lied to get us into it.
