Components of disparity of wealth. There's not only one, as always is a composition of a few factors:

1) Environment where you grow up. If environment is stupid, you learn a stupid mother tongue you already strated at a disadvantage. Similar to launch a rocket away from the Equator...

Example: You're born in Pakistan. Moslem and speaking Urdu. Or born in southern Nigeria and speak Igbo.

2) Disparity of wealth is disparity in education. If you neglect education because your parents do not push you. Your country invest 14 times more money in an university student than they invest in a basic education child, you are not going to have much income.
Example: you're bor in the country with the 6th worse distribution of income in the world like I did.

3) Circumstances. You reach the age to become economic active and your country is going through a down turn. You end up having less income than the ones already experienced and already employed.

xample: South Asia 1997 to 2002. LATAM 1979 1994. Russia 1990 to 2000.

People try to compensate all that:

They migrate to less stupid countries. They study and collect credentials like hell. They try to force the powers that be to change the status quo.

For me the solution is: Teach economics to kindergarten kids, teach economics to elementary school kids, Teach economics to high school kids. Teah ecoomics to universtiy gradutes.

Teach economics recyciling the old aged people. Once people understand the world under an economic perspective they can solve the problem themselves.

It is done already with religion: religious teachings that is drummed into people since early age.

NO SINGLE GOVERNMENT IN THE WORLD WOUL DO THAT!!! TOO DANGEROUS.
