I feel sorry for Kerry because he LOST. I feel sorry for Tom Daschle because he LOST. I feel sorry for Murtha because he said one thing and then looked like a fool when he voted THE OPPOSITE. I feel sorry for Dan Blather and 60 MINUTES because the forged documents destroyed them. I feel sorry for the NY TIMES because they published false articles by Jason Blair and their top editors had to "resign." I feel sorry for the NEWSWEAK because they published the false article by halfwit lefty Michael Isikoff. I feel sorry for the NY TIMES because their circulation has dropped so much. I feel sorry for Eason Jordan who had to resign as head of CNN after he could offer no proof for his assertion that the US was killing reporters in Iraq. I feel sorry for the USA Today because they published years of false articles by their star "reporter" Jack Kelly and when he was exposed they had to fire him. I feel sorry for lefties because they can't win an election. .

It is just I am a lot closer than I was 6 months ago. But six months ago, my parents and my home town didn't have blue tarps on their roofs... Do you have a feel as to how the people of Port Arthur/Beaumont see the situation? After all, many of them were strong supporters of Bush. Are they able to blame him for their current mess, or do they blame it on some amorphous governmental unit, or simply attribute it to an act of God? ted
