El the question always remains 'how are the tests skewed' ? Maybe I'm odd but all the blacks I know in toronto are working in finance or healthcare, (nurses techs or doctors, not orderlies) OTHOH the gun crime here is largely blacks ... we need to educate youth... (and put the present day bad guys away) I'm for saving the future .... the present is another story... K

Part of the issue is potential. Culture and environment effect development. Problem is your thinking relegates a large segment of there population to inferior status. FWIW my IQ (tested several times) is high. Math is easy. I'm personable. I'm quite literate. In fact I'm anal about folks using Loose for Lose I'm 1/4 Irish 1/4 Chinese and 1/2 French. One of the documents recently posted mentioned white skin and the need to develop more brain power to cope with cold temps. Well Eskimos are not white and cope quite well.., Kastel
