bush embarrassed American again. He's the biggest waster of energy on Earth. He should do the world a favor and stay in the White House and not travel anywhere. The Chinese were laughing at him. I wonder if bush told them what he'd do if they invaded The Spratley Islands, if only he knew they even existed.

How many executed murderers have murdered again? Thomas- Here is an excerpt from the Stanford Law Review and contained in the 5/2/94 issue of National Review. "Of the roughly 52,000 state prison inmates serving time for murder in 1984, an estimated 810 had previously been convicted of murder and had killed 821 persons following those convictions. Executing each of these inmates.....would have saved 821 lives...." This is what happens when we don't execute murderers. RB
