I'll let JC post his own thoughts, but I think they got involved in this US property because they are aware that things overseas will take longer to develop (if they ever do). This buys them some time, and perhaps some credibility. Plus, I'm sure Taylor and the boys have better contacts/friends here in the US. They need for something to happen soon...which is why I think the announcement later this week will be more "we're negotiating and evaluating and talking and blah blah blah"...

I continue to expect good things from this company going forward. But, when you have everything you own in something, you can't help but be nervous at times. All they have to do is deliver step by step. There are several fellows who have put big money in it, and they are counting on what they have been and are "seeing" to pay off in a large way.
