It is good news for Bush, shows signs of progress in winning this war, and is bad for the terrorists. So it doesn't really surprise me that it is not discussed more (by the media). It dissappoints me, but does not surprise me. The dems and the news organizations are going to say the whole thing was a crappy idea even after Iraq is free and prosperous imo. Many want us to lose so they can say "I told you so". Lots of very petty people out there in dem leadership and media management.
