I guess you think because OUR intel sucks ass, Putin's must be good? I wouldn't put it past the chimp to have called pootie poot up and asked for a little help. Chechnya has certainly dropped off OUR radar.

Besides, Saddam KNEW if he did anything that got tracked back to him, he'd be eliminated. As it was, we eliminated him for really nothing!
