Ted, Why is this a problem for Arnold? Who wants "Tookie" saved? It's the latest celebrity cause. Just recently, Snoop Dogg spoke in favor of clemency. He joins many others, including the usual suspects like Jesse Jackson, etc. You know if I were governor or judge, I could never order the death penalty for someone no matter how bad they were. The best I could do would be life in prison. This is probably why I'll get kicked off of a potential jury in a capital murder case. When asked about the death penalty, I'll say with a straight face that I don't believe in it. Tenchusatsu
